For those of you who are interested, here is Gartner’s latest (2018) hype cycle on emerging technologies. On a related note, this finding surprised me: Gartner’s hype cycle says that Customer Journey analytics won’t reach the “plateau of productivity” until over 10 years. Also, the people at Indigo Slate are great.
