The main challenge of providing flying taxis doesn’t lie in the technology of the vehicles themselves, but the infrastructure to support them. Assuming this cost curve is linear (and that’s a big assumption), a ratio between the distances of a commute and this breakeven distance could provide a further indicator of priority zones.
