If towards the end of the week/month your ACT was going to look terrible on your Manager’s dashboard, calls were picked up and hung up right away. Reporting/dashboards were terribly created ( CDPs anyone? ). I’m a paying subscriber to my beloved New Yorker magazine. Another issue. The success metric, ACT, did go down.
